Memorial Music Store Return/Refund Policy

  • Returns/Refunds: Memorial Music accepts Returns and Refunds on all New Products. Used Products
    are listed as described and we will not accept any returns or refunds on any Used Products.

    • We invite customers to stop by the store and try out Used Products prior to purchase.
  • In-store purchases:  In-store purchases must be returned in-store.
  • Time: The Buyer has 5 days from delivery date to request a Return/Refund.
  • Method of Refund: We will refund using the same method used by the Buyer.
  • Product Condition: Product must be “Like New” in order to Return.
  • Refund Contact Info: The Buyer will initiate a Return/Refund by sending an email thru our website.
  • Charges: Memorial Music pays return shipping charges (for online purchases only).   Buyer pays a $25 restocking fee to be deducted from the refund.
