🎶 2025 Fall Recital
We’re excited to announce our Annual Fall Recital!
This is a special moment for our students to shine, share their progress, and celebrate all the hard work they’ve put into learning music this year. Whether it’s your child’s very first recital or one of many, it’s always a joyful and inspiring afternoon for families. We would love for you to join us and cheer on these wonderful performances!
📅 Date: Sunday, November 16th, 2025
🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
📍 Location: Cullen Hall, University of St. Thomas
Students will perform in three sessions:
- Session A: 2:00 – 3:30 PM
- Session B: 3:30 – 5:00 PM
- Session C: 5:00 – 6:30 PM
✨ Sign-ups open at the front desk in October. Be sure to mark your preferred session on the form. If no preference is listed, a session will be assigned.
💲 Cost: $50 per family
📌 Deadline to sign up & pay: Saturday, November 8th
This recital is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their hard work and share music with family and friends. We look forward to celebrating their progress together!
🎹 Updates to Our Lesson Structure for 2026!
As we prepare for the upcoming year, we want to let you know about some adjustments to our lesson structure for 2026.
Starting in January 2026, there will be a small adjustment to our lesson rates. This change helps us
maintain the high-quality instruction and supportive learning environment that our students and families count on.
New monthly rates for weekly lessons:
- 30-minute lessons: $189/month
- 45-minute lessons: $284/month
- 60-minute lessons: $378/month
We make these decisions with great care, always balancing the realities of business expenses with our commitment to
keeping lessons accessible and valuable. Memorial Music remains proud to offer some of the
most competitive rates for professional music and tutoring instruction in the Memorial area.
Most importantly, we are deeply grateful for your continued trust. Your support allows us to nurture creativity,
confidence, and a love of learning in every student who walks through our doors. We can’t wait to see all the
wonderful music our students will make in 2026!
📅 Holiday Reminder
As we head into the holiday season, here are our remaining teacher holidays for 2025:
- Thanksgiving Week (11/24 thru 11/29, following SBISD schedule)
- Winter Break: December 22 – January 2
Please mark your calendars. A few minutes of practice over the break goes a long way—students return feeling confident and ready for the new year! 🎶

🎁 Free Monthly Group Class
October’s Group Class will be held on Sunday, October 19th, 4:00–5:00 PM.
Instructor: Yissel (Vocal)
Theme: “Master Your Singing Voice! Bring Your Favorite Song!”
This upbeat, hands-on session is free for current students and a great complement to private lessons.
All experience levels are welcome, come ready to sing, learn, and have fun!
